Tank was founded in 1997 with a vision to bring together a range of creative disciplines to inspire new ideas and collaborate with leaders who wanted to create positive social impact and meaning in the work they do. Their purpose is to create meaningful impact in the work they do. This has seen Tank work with captains of industry and federal government bodies, through to not-for-profit organisations and entrepreneurial start-ups. Applying human-centred design methodologies, Tank has developed ÔThe Meaningful OrganisationÕ framework Ð a suite of simple programs designed to help leadership teams create an organisation with purpose and meaning.
