Tell us a bit about what Bodywater does.

Bodywater is a fast-growing Australian brand created to meet the high demand for a wellness-based line of nutrient-infused,hydration drinks. In a fast-moving and dynamic industry, we are challenging the status quo and pioneering innovation to ensure we are creating products people want.

Why did Bodywater want to become a Certified B Corporation?

We are reimagining what it means to drink water. We identified a problem in the food ecosystem and looked to solve it with a beverage that has a positive impact, from both a health and sustainability perspective. B Corp certification clearly shows we are part of a community of leaders, driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good.

What makes Bodywater unique as a business?

We place health and sustainability above profit margins. Our business and ethos is about creating the next-generation of beverages. We've built giving into every purchase, with donations currently supporting One Drop Foundation and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Plus all Bodywater packaging, including bottles and labels, are made using recycled and reclaimed materials.

Do you have any tips for aspiring B Corps about the certification process?

Be patient with the assessment and be as transparent as possible. The certification process is worth the time and goes to show just how diligent the community you are joining is.
