Prisma Legal is now a Certified B Corporation

Tell us a bit about what your B Corp does.

Prisma Legal is a NewLaw firm, providing dynamic boutique commercial and corporate advisory legal services with transparency and a distinctive difference. The Prisma Legal team takes an active interest in its client's businesses and the journey of business owners, whether a start-up entrepreneur, established private business owners or larger corporate organisations.

Why did you want to become a Certified B Corporation?

We are a purpose-driven law firm and prioritise adding value over counting minutes. We focus on adding value and our client relationships and community are at the heart of everything we do. Certification was important to independently reinforce that the firm is an active socially responsible corporate citizen and that making a profit is not mutually exclusive to being a law firm with a conscience.
